Store use

Product information

We work to present product descriptions, specifications, images, availability, and pricing accurately. Manufacturers may revise products or documentation. Confirm the current listing and manufacturer documentation before purchase and installation. Minor screen or photography differences do not change product specifications.

Orders and pricing

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may contact you to resolve payment, address, availability, pricing, or product-information issues before fulfillment. If we cannot accept an order, we will cancel it and reverse or refund any captured payment.

Payment

Payment is due at checkout through the available PayPal option. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected account or payment method and that the billing information is accurate.

Shipping, returns, cancellations, and refunds

Installation and compliance

You are responsible for confirming product suitability, sizing, fuel and utility compatibility, permits, and local code requirements. Equipment involving gas, electricity, venting, water, combustion, or hydronic systems should be evaluated and installed by appropriately qualified professionals. Coldsupp does not provide installation or site-specific engineering services.

Product warranties

Any manufacturer warranty is governed by the manufacturer’s own written terms supplied with or published for the product. Coldsupp does not add a separate store warranty.

The Coldsupp name, site design, text, graphics, and other original site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names and marks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or commercially reuse site content without permission.
