Warranty
Every product sold by Coldsupp is covered by a 1-year Coldsupp limited warranty, valid for 12 months from the date your order is delivered. This cover is provided by Coldsupp and is in addition to any warranty offered by the manufacturer — it does not replace or reduce it.
What is covered
Failure of the unit caused by a manufacturing or material defect, under normal residential use, within 12 months of delivery.
What you get
At Coldsupp’s option: a repair, a replacement unit, or a refund of the price you paid. Return shipping for an approved warranty claim is arranged and paid for by Coldsupp.
What is not covered
- Damage from improper installation, or installation not carried out by a licensed professional.
- Damage from misuse, accident, freezing, flooding, power surge, or unauthorised modification.
- Normal wear, routine maintenance, and consumable parts such as filters, gaskets and anode rods.
- Commercial or industrial use.
- Labour costs for removal or reinstallation of the unit.
How to make a claim
Email contact@coldsupp.com with your order number, the model number, and a description of the fault (photos or video help). We reply within 1 business day and will tell you the next step before you send anything back.
Manufacturer warranty
The manufacturer also publishes its own warranty for each unit, on its own written terms, and those terms usually require professional installation and product registration. The Coldsupp 1-year warranty runs alongside it. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
