Payment Methods

Coldsupp accepts checkout payments through PayPal. The options PayPal makes available can depend on your account, location, device, and transaction.

Payment timing

Your order total and currency are displayed before you approve payment. Payment must be authorized before an order enters fulfillment. If an order is canceled after payment was captured, the payment is reversed or refunded to the original method.

Payment security

PayPal processes payment details under its own security and privacy practices. Coldsupp does not store full payment-card details. Never send payment credentials by email.

Billing help

If a payment fails, verify the information in PayPal or contact PayPal. For a question about a Coldsupp order charge, include the order number when contacting us.
