Coldsupp is an independent online retailer of home water-heating and hydronic-heating equipment, operating from 3482 Marvin St, Santa Maria, California. We ship within the United States only. The store launched in 2026.
How Coldsupp works
We are a retailer, not a manufacturer, and we are not an authorized dealer for Navien or for any other brand listed on this site. We hold our own stock and ship it from our location, which is why orders are processed within 1 business day rather than waiting on a third party to dispatch.
Two things about this category are worth stating plainly before you order:
- We do not install. Gas, electrical, venting, water and hydronic equipment generally requires permits and installation by a licensed professional. Coldsupp does not provide installation services or site-specific engineering advice, and manufacturer warranties normally require professional installation to remain valid.
- Every order also carries a 1-year Coldsupp limited warranty on top of the manufacturer’s own cover, and service under the manufacturer’s terms comes from the manufacturer. Coldsupp is responsible for the order, the delivery and the return. The manufacturer sets and honours the warranty under their own terms.
What we sell
Tankless gas water heaters, combi boilers and hydronic heating units for residential use. Product names, model numbers and logos, including Navien, are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the equipment we offer.
Choosing the right unit
Before ordering, check the full listing and the current manufacturer documentation against your property: fuel type, capacity, connections, venting, electrical requirements and local code. Suitability depends on the building and the installation plan, so if anything on a listing is unclear, contact us with the model number before you buy rather than after.
What you can expect

- 30 days from delivery to request a return, on unused and uninstalled equipment
- Card payments handled by Stripe — we never store card details
- The price shown is the price you pay; we do not add fees at checkout
On our pricing
We list at United States market prices and we do not advertise inflated “original” prices to make a discount look bigger than it is. If a price here looks wrong against what the unit sells for elsewhere, tell us — we would rather fix it than have you doubt the listing.
